Karan Johar, an expert in brewing that Koffee, had a candid tete-a-tete with Lara Dutta and her fiancé, ace Tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi, for his show Koffee With Karan. This was the couple’s first appearance on a TV show.

So, what was the highlight of the episode? The chemistry between the couple and the revelation that a serious-looking guy like Mahesh can also crack jokes. The high point of the episode was when Mahesh tells Karan that he calls Lara a “serial killer” as the lady had done quite a few romantic scenes in her films. Lara was taken aback but was quick to rejoin that this title belongs exclusively to Emraan Hashmi.

The couple talked openly about their relationship and how they are completely smitten with each other.

Lara Dutta's Wedding: no invitation for exes!: Lara Dutta weds tennis ace Mahesh Bhupathi next week and guess what, the actress hasn't invited exes! The wedding which is to be held in Goa on January 17, is expecting around 300 guests and Dutta's ex-flames Kelly Dorjee and Dino Morea aren't one of them.

Well, to be honest, we're a bit surprised too, Lara had said that she was still good friends with both her exes Dorjee and Morea on Karan Johar's chat show Koffee With Karan. In fact, for Dorjee, Lara even said, "I will always care very deeply for Kelly." Clearly, not enough to call her boyfriend of 10 years to her biggest day. Kelly Dorjee was not avalailable for comments, reported Mid-Day.

For Dino, Lara just said, "Dino and I are friends from school and shared (note the past tense) a very good equation." Dino confirmed that he hasn't been invited to the wedding and that they haven't been in touch since the breakup. Insiders seem to believe that the former Miss Universe wants to avoid any awkward moments in the wedding.

Meanwhile, the actress cum model is least bothered about her ex-boyfriends, and is excited about her bachelorette party. "15 women.....4 days.....1 mission......Paaarrrtty!!!! Here's hoping I survive my bachelorette!! ;-)" Dutta posted on her Twitter account.

Seems like these ex-files will stay shut for a while now as the wedding is probablly houseful for them. Talk of all the love going up in flames, or ex-flames in this case!

The couple is said to be planning a wedding in Goa. A five-star hotel will be the wedding venue.

It’s been more than a year since Lara and Mahesh began dating. Before that she was in a long relationship with Kelly Dorjee and had a very brief fling with Dino Morea. Tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi, on the other hand, has been married once. He recently divorced his wife Shweta Jaishankar.

We hear that after the marriage, Lara will move into Mahesh’s new apartment in Pali Hill.
